  Event Set Up 8:00am – 1:00pm  (No children allowed)
  Silent Auction Table Set Up 8:00am – 1:00pm  (No children allowed)

  Reservation Check-in 5:00pm – 7:30pm
  Cashiers 6:00pm – 11:30pm
  Raffle Sales 6:00pm – 8:00pm / 8:00pm – 11:00pm
  Grab Bag Sales 5:30pm – last bag sold    
  Silent Auction Table Closers  7:30pm – 10:00pm / 9:30pm – 11:45pm
  Clean Up (Triple PALS Hours!) 11:00pm – 1:00am
   
All volunteers are required to attend an informational and training meeting on Wednesday, April 2, 7:00pm in the Long Library at St. Mary-Basha.
